Release 3.1 introduces a feature to notify with email or on top of comments if a sync has failed\warning.

New Features

Sync Notifications

A powerful notification feature designed to enhance your sync monitoring and responsiveness. If a sync operation encounters a failure or warning, the system can automatically notify you either by sending an email or by adding a comment directly to the source work system entity. This ensures that you're immediately aware of any issues, allowing you to take prompt action and maintain the integrity of your data synchronization processes.

  • Notify with email: Notify recipients defined if there is an error or warning during the sync process.

  • Notify with a comment: Adding a comment with the error on the source synced entity.
